Visits to view old and new structures in Kuala Lumpur around and near historic Merdeka Square including former iconic Colonial offices, the Sultan Abdul Samad Jamek Mosque, the new National Mosque and the marvellous Islamic Art Museum with its stunning collection

Visit to Malaysia’s Batu Cave dedicated to Hindu god Murugan with caves of a number of Hindu temples – steep climb of coloured steps to the Temple Cave with accompanying monkeys and to the side Ramayana Cave before heading to airport & brief stop in Sydney…farewell KL, love you!

Brief stop in Sydney now heading to Riyadh. Looking forward to supporting the KSA Ministry of Education in the creation of the National Curriculum Centre & speaking at the key stakeholder forum - realising a vision through curriculum reform. But before all that…espresso martini!

Highly productive work in Riyadh with the Ministry of Education & rewarding meetings including with impressive Education Minister Al-Benyan. Thanks to Ministry’s Maha & Reem driving me & assisting me during my stay. Heading home, but before that…passion martini (non-alcoholic)!
