Yesterday I visited SAGE USA Older Adult Center with NYC Department for the Aging & CMSGov Medicare Director @DrMeenaSesh. We met with older LGBTQ+ NYers & shared big wins from CMS around Medicare — including negotiating directly with drug companies to lower consumer costs & capping insulin costs.

At our latest webinar, we spoke with CMSGov leaders like Meena Seshamani on recently proposed changes to Medicare Part B payment policy. She outlined the new changes as a "first step in a multi-year effort."
