Just a heads up that my esteemed colleague and pal, Tony Pollard, has published a great paper on the aftermath of the Battle of Waterloo in the Journal of Conflict Archaeology. Brilliant paper, well worth reading, and open access too! tandfonline.com/doi/full/10.10…

Over 32,000 new followers joined Auschwitz Memorial last week. It has all been possible thanks to your incredible support & engagement. By amplifying our voice & sharing our words you help the world to learn and never forget. Thank you. We remember together.
A wooden shelter was also uncovered 🌟DigHill80.com, and it might be one of the best-preserved shelters ever encountered. The preservation of the wood and sandbags was incredible. It was located at Sachsen Graben and could be accessed via a stair #FWW #Archaeology
