1. Florida Senate Bill 718 (Fentanyl Exposure to First Responders Bill) intends to protect first responders from overdose due to fentanyl exposure on the job, but will only enable disproportionate punishment of marginalized groups for a crime that is NEARLY IMPOSSIBLE to commit.

Any Florida sheriff advocating against Amendment 3 (marijuana legalization) claiming “weed gummies are laced with fentanyl”, show me the crime lab analysis and or medical examiner death data that proves these claims. Because I’m calling BS on those claims.
