I remember dragging myself to my classroom every day because of this. It was rough but I’m glad I removed myself from that environment when I did!

Such a great weekend leading the Presidential Awardees in Science Teaching conference which ended with an amazing talk from the one and only Dr Helen Quinn! The 3 Dimensions truly help all students become science literate and effective problem solvers!

I’ve been asked for “proof” that shows that 3D teaching & learning/Storylining is more effective. Research is what led to these transitions in the first place so start there to see why this is better for ALL kids… it’s not a single variable nor should it be.

This. So much this. In my 25 years in the classroom, I really only had one good relationship with my evaluator and that led to fantastic things, including the exciting things I’m doing today. This lack of relationship building allowed for a toxic work environment that persists.
