Interferons in MS were like this at first in the UK. Anti-amyloid mans like Lecanemab may well be far more effective with a different side effect profile in asymptomatic disease. It is an important first step for the UK.

Excited to highlight the Cochrane Review! A big call out to the authors of the included studies who helped so much by giving additional and often unpublished data. I hope that clinicians find the review helpful when managing patients with NPH.

Really great simple video about hydrocephalus and what shunts are. Have already used it in clinic. Thanks Hydrocephalus Assoc.

Really interesting paper in a small and highly selected cohort. I think many neurologists who see patients with functional neurological syndrome will recognise some of the themes and systematic challenges described in this paper. The participant quotes feel very real.

Synuclein seeding in atypical Parkinsonism syndromes. Really great work. Interesting hypothesis on tau cross reaction. The evidence is growing that our older patients with degenerative disease often have multiple pathologies at play.

nejm.org/doi/full/10.10… Largest and best controlled study of shunting in iNPH yet. Really good description of potential adverse events. Very transparent. Shunting improves gait in iNPH. Congratulations to Mark L, Mark H and Mike W!
