We are happy to congratulate Dr. Irma (Lisa) Cisneros, Assistant Professor in the Dept. of Pathology. She is PI on a new one-year high-priority research grant from The National Institute on Aging (NIA) for "Targeting IDO in SARS-CoV2-induced Alzheimer's Disease progression." Dr. Kelly Dineley is co-I.



Had fun being emcee for UTMB Pathology 29th Annual Research Day! Had lab members representing our work and student and postdoc won the "Safety Award" and "Cool as a cucumber award." Fun times. Can't wait until next year!
