I have had the absolute pleasure of reading some of this book and all I gotta say is: buy it. Wait I have more: even if you’re like “nah I’m not an English language teacher” still buy it. If you’re working in education in any sense, buy it.

Agreed, Kyler “how gender identity hinders academic performance” …uh what? We ALL have a gender identity. Though things would be better w/o prescribed roles by gender, I know that’s not what he means. Tired of folks who know nothing about child development speaking for children

Still thinking about this episode of #DragRace. These queens & teachers are not the villains causing harm. That narrative is a ruse. We harm children when we don’t let them be who they are. Yet, the pride flag I sent this teacher wouldn’t be allowed in classrooms where I live.
