#FantasyIndiesAugust I had a good book signing event at the beginning of the month, selling seven books, then I sold three more to someone directly last weekend, and I've had one ebook sale. More than half of my illustrations are done for book 2, and she has only 8 more to go.

So, a lot has been happening in my family in the last two weeks, which is why I haven't been around much. If you're inclined to do so, please pray for our family. I just want it all to be over.

So this young boy came up to me in church this morning and told me he was really enjoying reading my book so far, then he asked me very seriously if I'm the one who wrote "Holes." I had a good chuckle.

#Fantasyindiesseptember Celeste likes to draw, sing,shoot a slingshot, bake; plays clarinet in band. Sean likes to dance, sing, play drums, does martial arts. Gary assembles model aircrafts and is a runner. Nicole-roller skates and makes jewelry. Cathy likes to cook.

Had to order new bifocals today. Sigh. I miss not needing glasses. I never had to start wearing them till about seven years ago, maybe.
