Years ago, I had the unfortunate task of trying to teach a math class that simply could not stop talking. It didn’t matter if I was facing the dry erase board or the students themselves; if I said something, they said something, if I said something else, they said something else.

Dish network has the worst customer service. Bill went up $30/month after pausing service for 3 months. But I can call back tomorrow to try to get a lower promotional rate. This is after being a "loyal customer" for 16 years. DISH

I'm trying to understand how private schools can take public money yet still have "private property" signs by their playgrounds. Shouldn't they be open to all as public school playgrounds in our area are?

Worst couple activity to do together? My vote today is painting a small bathroom that has no light in it due to remodeling it. And yes we are doing it at night because we had to wait for the texture to dry and the carpenters are back tomorrow.

The look on my face when I wake up, go into the living room only to see it’s 1:16am. That is just wrong.

1st world issues. Steak for noon, hubby forgot there was a free steak supper sponsored by John Deere so he's having it twice today.

You know you are a farmers wife when you drive 4 miles to town to walk 1.2 miles vs dodging tractors on a gravel road. It will make more sense when I’m back to 3+ miles after a total knee replacement on August 14th.

Why does ordering from the “senior” menu or getting into events for a senior rate isn’t as bad as your physician telling you since you are 65, you need the pneumonia vaccine. In my mind, that is for “old” people. I guess I’m there.
