Even those with PhDs don’t understand the building design process. It’s a shame, really. AEC industry is doing a disservice by not educating the public.

To expect design development level work in a schematic phase and one is bound to be disappointed. Never let your emotions cloud your perception of reality but we are well beyond that point with Oakland A’s fans. Someday after the dust settles, they will find peace.

Say what you will about John Fisher, Dave Kaval and even the renderings, but based on what who we know that is on the design team are more than competent. If this Las Vegas A’s stadium gets built (and I think it will), BIG and the others will get the last laugh.

I’ll be the first to admit, I was not a fan of BIG’s work for a while and to this day I have some criticisms about some of their projects. However, after checking out a half dozen of their projects in person, my perspective changed for the better about their work over time.

Vegas is well aware, thanks. It’s always be a must win and prove it city. However, MLB isn’t the only draw for that stadium. The powers that be in NV want an excuse to build another stadium for other entertainment purposes as well. And there in lies the BIG difference.

While Allegiant is not a MLB stadium but is twice the occupancy of the proposed stadium this year will have hosted around a dozen events. A few of those events having multiple days slated.

Get this: An actual clown with a uniformed opinion equipped with a linktree bio that states: “just an idiot online doing whatever” Now that my friends is an elite fit.

The ignorant 311 slander is ridiculous on here since their NPR Tiny Desk gig. It’s all wildly inaccurate assumption based. I would feel bad for these people but they made that choice to shut themselves out. So it’s their loss.

Another thing about the 311 slander, the common denominator I see is that the bios from these slandering accounts have some low self-esteem, self-owned sentence about themselves.

They 💯 matter. SDSU was rewarded higher seeding because of their previous season performances as well as how they have done in the NCAA Tournaments in recent years.

Having the mindset of thinking the Oakland A’s deal with Las Vegas will flop is consistent with why their fans doom scroll to all hours of the night and can’t get out of their emotional downtrodden way.

They could’ve ran this monorail down the center of every other arterial going east to west and it would have a huge success. Shame on Las Vegas for half-assing a mass transit concept with huge potential. An exemplary display of a system that was setup for failure.
