Ngl this Is a huge problem, because even when they are planning to do something good (see what they did to Historic recently) the lack of comunication makes everything so annoying and makes players think the worst. A tweet takes 1 minute goddamit.

What I have been saying for years on why I have not been all in on MTG is due to how unwilling to be transparent as a company they are. No communication, holding everything to the chest; even have placed blame on community is not how to operate a business for guest confidence.
