MSPs have conducted themselves with dignity during the past few months when discussing the assisted dying bill. Passing at stage 1 allows more time for detailed work and scrutiny as it reaches committee stage. It’s a difficult conversation, but one which we need to have 🤍

3 weeks until the Hamilton, Larkhall and Stonehouse by-election. You must apply for a postal vote before May 20th by 5pm. You must apply for a proxy by May 28th before 5pm. To vote in this election (16+), voters must register before midnight on Monday the 19th of May.

What a night seeing Biffy Clyro at SWG3 for a secret set before they start touring this year! Being in a small crowd for a band I’ve seen in crowds of tens of thousands was unbelievable and one of the best gigs I’ve been to!

Can’t quite believe I’m graduating with a 2:1! Balancing a full-time job and two part-time jobs has made this journey incredibly tough but so meaningful. Finishing with a 2:1 and an A on my dissertation is my proudest achievement to date. A proud working-class lass 🤍
