Glad this is out! Low- and high-affinity agonist binding are key for receptor activation. This study reveals structural correlates of this step, showing switch from L->H affinity conformations. A ~180° flip of the agonist in the process is notable doi.org/10.7554/eLife.… eLife - the journal
