This might be the coolest NFL Draft story yet. The NFL hired Ike Wynter to build logos for all 32 teams out of wood. He’s a Wisconsin native who only uses wood he finds on the street or in dumpsters. The project took him 900 hours to complete.

On this day, I think of the guys on the first Higgins boats at Omaha Beach. The rough waters. The Germans on top of the hill. The weight on their backs. Their odds of survival so slim. They did this for us. Spend some time today thinking about their selfless sacrifice.
