Becoming a Dementia Friend is very worthwhile, it can not only give someone an insight into how someone is affected by the illness but also how members of the community of any age can help. The session is free, fun and friendly. The venue has plenty of parking available.

Do you wear your Dementia Friends badge with pride? 😊 Wearing your badge helps to raise awareness of the movement, and show people with dementia that you're there for them. We'd love to see your badge. Perhaps it's on your coat, or your work lanyard? Send us your photos 📷

Hi Everyone, It's now time for our New Year resolutions. Why not volunteer your time to support your community, a good place to start would be to become a Dementia Friend. It costs nothing but an hour of your time, but it can make a tremendous impact.
