Tonight, Congress voted to keep the government open, preventing an unnecessary crisis that would have inflicted needless pain on millions of hardworking Americans.   This is good news, but I want to be clear: we should never have been in this position in the first place.

Today, the #Coverage4All coalition is picking back up the fight to demand NY expand healthcare coverage to all low-income New Yorkers by amending the 1332 federal waiver and passing Coverage for All (S2237B/ A3020B) legislation in the state budget.  2024 is the year to do it!
