After spending the last two decades building creative office space for the end user, it is time to turn our attention to supporting the world of AI through infrastructure that supports its evolution. Planning on starting with a 25,000 data center in the Pacific Northwest.

Edge computing is slashing latency for AI, but it’s hungry for data centers! 📡 Our edge data centers will bring compute closer, sustainably. Where do you see edge growing? #EdgeComputing #AI #DataCenters

Edge computing’s future is NOW. Think self-driving cars, smart cities, AR! 🚀 But where do we put all these data centers? #EdgeComputing #AI #FutureTech

Speaking from experience, the grids in most urban centers 🏨are taxed. Waiting 12 months post completion of a new building for power ⚡️does not bode well for the future of cities. Edge computing will reduce latency to the end user but how are we going to power these centers?

Can’t help but think that this is so comparable to servers and processors in a data center…. #DataCenter #EdgeComputing #AI #liquidcooling

Buildings within the urban core, adaptive reuse and ground up construction, are going to have integrate Battery Energy Storage Systems (BESS) to power buildings going forward. These systems provide a unique opportunity to relax the stress of the grid. #EnergyEfficiency

Battery Energy Storage Systems (BESS) are game-changers for our overtaxed grid. They store excess renewable energy, reduce peak demand, and stabilize voltage, easing strain on infrastructure. By integrating BESS, we can boost grid reliability, reduce outages, and accelerate the

Great article by Josh Saul via Data Cener Knowledge on the installation of an organic battery installation at a data center in Wyoming. These batteries are lithium free and pump positive and negative electrolytes through stacks of power cells to store and release energy.

Battery Energy Storage Systems (BESS) is the future of urban sustainability for our digital world. The challenge will be the structural integrity of these buildings and their ability to handle the live weight loads of these systems @Teslaenergy #help. #BESS #DataCenters

Looking at a building in DTLA where we could add BESS and create an energy arbitrage (buying electricity in off peak hours) and selling during peak rates. Any recommendations for systems/manufacturers that you have had success with? #bess #cleanenergyrevolution #Cleantech

Owning a small business is still the best tax deal in America. Owning real estate (as a pro) makes it tax-free. Generate cash from your business. Generate losses from your real estate. All cash, no tax. My client made $847K last year and paid $0. Here's the exact blueprint:

I am having chronic issues with the Grok function on X populating answers to questions. Elon Musk perplexity is calling. Please fix or let me know what I am doing wrong?
