Wow what a day I've just had! Just want to thank Drew Povey for all the motivational, wise words & nurturing around young people as it helped me deal with a situation with our young apprentice. I kept calm, talked & listened whereas before I may not have been able to do this.

After a pretty few awful weeks which came to a conclusion on Fri. I feel emotionally drained & wiped out (mine nothing compared with Drew Povey & team). During this time I’ve looked back on Drew’s & @BehaviourPovey motivational, inspiring tweets so I could draw solace from them.

Today, Chief Fire and Rescue Officer, Rick Taylor was joined by the first attending crews, for Saturday’s tragic incident Leicester City . They laid five white roses, one for each of the five people who lost their lives. Our thoughts are with you all.
