platinumpizza™ Rostering is complex and the typical tools available to rota co-ordinators are poor and do not allow or empower them to help trainees. We therefore made dbRotas which allows automated roster generation around clinicians requests, availability, and preferences.

Glad to see a new focus on improving rostering practices. Our innovative rostering platform has allowed 99.9% of leave requests accommodated this year. Hopefully this guidance by NHS England should be an impetus for more departments to move away from archaic fixed rolling rotas.
