Back on campus after quite some time. Never ceases to amaze me how much Loyola Marymount University continues to grow & expand. The new athletic centers have me green with envy. There is one constant icon though…

#SF’s mighty #SutroTower looked amazing as always on this fine #ChristmasEve🎄… As seen from WB 80 & NB on the Central Freeway… #NoFilter Sutro Tower @sutrotower. bsky.social Sutro Tower #ChristmasEveSunset #Sunset #BayArea #weather #CAwx #TTWNSF

Team North Beach showed up on a chilly morning for our monthly Refuse Refuse San Francisco cleanup event. We had 15 volunteers, collected 20 bags of trash, and then hit up the Farmers Market afterward. Fun morning in the neighborhood, and more cleanups to come!

Marleau’s retirement ceremony was the best I’ve ever seen. Awesome to see 25+ years of San Jose Sharks players & coaches, relive that era, remember how much this franchise has grown…and #12 was the cornerstone. Tremendous player, and an even better man. #12ForeverTeal #SJSharks

The North Beach Refuse Refuse San Francisco team had a tremendous cleanup today, and after doing this for a year, we’re feeling the support & buy in from locals & business owners. Huge thanks to North Beach Neighbors & Danny Sauter 李爾德 for helping make this much more successful than I ever envisioned.

The North Beach Refuse Refuse San Francisco team had a really fun cleanup this morning, and we collected 40+ bags of garbage (new high for us). Thanks to North Beach Neighbors & Danny Sauter 李爾德 for helping drive attendance, and to all the people who showed up today!

One of our fellow Refusers, Jeff Miller, penned this piece. It captures our mindset that there are many problems out of our control, but we can control how we react. And in our case, it is to act; one cleanup, one person, one piece of trash at a time. jeffmiller-50455.medium.com/when-it-comes-…
