Labour Mayor Biggs took Tower Hamlets Council waste back in-house in 2019. Since then, the number of missed bin collections has more than doubled: 2018 - 4,586 2019 - 5,709 2020 - 10,288 2021 - 12,833 Much more money needs to be invested to bring this service up to standard.

Mayor Biggs cut £6 million from the Tower Hamlets Council Youth Service budget & closed 34 Youth Centres. At the same time, he was lending £87 million of your money to other Councils. Labour’s cuts to our Youth Services should never of happened.

Missed bin collections have more than doubled since Labour Mayor Biggs took the service back in-house in 2019. Biggs made the wrong call. Another reason not to vote Labour.
