Are not all Australians supposed to be EQUAL? And if that is so why should any Australian receive more taxpayer's funds than others?

All of the Western nations, in my view, unnecessarily imported this horrible problem. People from countries with radically different cultures from most Western Civilised countries should undergo far more checks than those from other places, where barbaric practices are common.
