Just as I was getting excited about a few new things, took a few backwards steps with my medical situation. Feeling colossally discouraged as I'm having to pull the plug on things, again and again #mecfs // this illness is a trickster and millions are missing as a result

In the meanwhile, I've distilled much of my life's advice for #creativity onto ocean liner correspondence stock. Consider these mantras, meditations or even practical advice. Questions accepted, within reason. Please take the time to peruse as no doubt will *spark*.

"Japan can be intimidating, even for seasoned travellers. Beyond the initial chaos, is a vibrant underground culture of tokers enjoying quality weed, homegrown from imported foreign seeds in discrete gardens, or harvested from the wild fields on the northern island." . #kakkoii

I hosted domains gandi.net gandi.net since 2001 because of "no bullshit" policy & competent customer service, even with complication of paying in € at the time. But today, tired of constantly declining feature sets, impersonal service, & non-competitive rates, started moving :(

So much great things going on in my life with my wife flourishing, son doing great, a few projects moving along but still... Mondays the depression creeps in, almost every week, 11 years on after *the incident* – never was the same, terrible dreams last night and waking up Blue

American Express Canada sent an email saying it shipped a new card package (for a card canceled a month ago) to a Canadian address (which no longer works) Amex Canada :( Meanwhile American Express Japan mailed me a postal letter asking me to call about my application AmexJP :(

BTW: folks who knew me in *previous professional life iterations* (like #Hootsuite) can catch up on the decades before and decade since on "Just Japan #Podcast" with Kevin Kevin O’Shea – definitely surprises, laughs, and possibly pathos on offer #gratis directory.libsyn.com/episode/index/…

Maybe I'm "old-fashioned" but really wonder why brands bother having *social media* accounts when they don't engage whatsoever Isn't the point to spark conversations, solicit questions, foster community, gain advocates? But nada, even from many social-media-centric companies
