Nice to see Matthews back in his office... A sorely missed part of his game last year dealing with the wrist injury. If healthy, he is a shoe-in favourite for the Rocket this year.

One of the more intriguing guys in the NHL this year is Jonathan #Drouin. The #goavsgo have a knack for unlocking player potential, and if yesterday is any indicator, we might find a diamond in the rough here. A good fantasy stash, just don't expect him to drive play.

Maybe even more impressive are the improvements to his defensive play. He's shown tremendous growth in his on-ice metrics (like xG against) over the last 3 seasons, despite playing in tougher matchups and harder minutes. One to watch! #Canucks

Devon #Toews = good at hockey. His on-ice metrics have been at/near top of our rankings for the last few years, although last year was (for his standards) a bit of a drop. Great signing for the #GoAvsGo , #sakic does it again.

Wishing a speedy recovery to #KirbyDach. He's not had the greatest start to his NHL career, but he is well positioned when he gets back to hit a breakthrough with the exciting young talent the #GoHabsGo    are developing.
