Very lucky to be trained by and be supervised (PhD) by Sarah she’s an amazing role model, trainer colleague and friend. She always has time for you as a trainee despite being busy with many other commitments. Can’t think of anyone more deserving of this nomination!

I think patients are vulnerable at all stages but agree that once back at work the (often erroneous )assumption is made that you are "OK". BMJ would welcome an Opinion piece on this.
