It’s been a tough year, but at least it’s almost over nw. Here’s hoping for a better and happier 2021. Hopefully the pandemic ends this year as well, and we can meet in person again. Going to a cinema would also be nice. Happy New Year everyone, stay safe :)

Got a new job today with the NDSA, working from home as a content Manager. It’s voluntary but still feels nice. Things looking up :)

That feeling when u try to register for your Covid 19 test, only to discover the webcam won’t scan the Royal Mail barcode. Much frustration, not sure why it’s required. Taking the test tomorrow, here’s hoping all goes well. And it doesn’t stick in my throat :p

Still it is required, and will do my part. Least it will b quick and might slow the spread #CovidTesting

And there we go, my Covid swab test is all done, only took 30 seconds too. Think it will b fine, but now all you can do is wait. Together we can stop the spread. Worst case, will spend 2 weeks at home. One small step towards near normality #CovidVaccine #CovidTesting

Just had my first Covid 19 vaccination and it feels good, now officially partially immune. Can confirm it works and have no side effects apart from a sore arm. It works, get your shot. One step closer to normal and end of all this. Every shot counts #CovidVaccine

Okay so that England game finished 0-0 and frankly I can’t remember many highlights or shots, was that dull. Perhaps they’re tired, but seriously need to step up game here. Was frustrating to watch, hoping for better on Tuesday than this crap #ENGvSCO #England

Well that’s my second jab all done and dusted, arm aches and is sore but otherwise it seems to be fine. Might get flu like symptoms but should be gone within a few days, then have full immunity. One step at a time, please get the shot if you can thanks #CovidVaccine #2nddose

Sad news to report today. Unfortunately, my big fluffy cat, Princess passed away at lunchtime today from kidney disease. She was 21 years old, her final moments were peaceful & comfortable. Will be weird not seeing her in the morning. RIP Prinny, you big fluff, 2004-2023 :(
