Emily Clarke Joanna P. Booth Hopefully you can read Avon Wildlife Trust’s statement and help change the rest of your party’s view on this proposal since it would cause irreparable damage to the only known dormice habitat in Bristol and put all SNCIs at risk avonwildlifetrust.org.uk/blog/george-co…
Sad & contradictory Restore nature? Karin Smyth "Pleased to see Council Leader Tony Dyer move forward with plans to expand South Bristol Cemetery & Crematorium." NO alternative sites considered. Expansion undermines Yew Tree Farm SNCI where bird nests have just been destroyed.
Would love to hear you speak out against the expansion plans Susan Kollar
Bristol Tree Forum 🍃💚🍃 Catherine withers Another misleading statement to add to the list. I’d like to see officers try and get to the cemetery by bus and see how ‘well connected’ it really is. I suspect they have never been here before.
This is the first sign that Labour are going to try to walk the delicate line between deregulation and appeasing developers. Angela Rayner should have said - "no, many people are not safe, and we will be bringing forward measures to force remediation immediately." Very worrying.
From 4 plant species per square metre, we’re expecting 20+ over the next few years! Thank you SO much to all the folks helping me manage the 2ha of Liverpool City Council grassland in Netherley - it’s going a huge way to creating a habitat full of life! 🌱❤️ Richard Byrne Frank Chamberlain
"Each of these [drug] deaths is someone’s daughter, someone’s son, someone’s partner, sibling or parent – and I wouldn’t wish that pain of loss on anyone, especially when we could be setting them on the road to recovery" A powerful personal piece from Green Cllr cara.lavan.bsky.social
