It’s always a good day when I get to visit @Howard_connect! But when kids are planting a sunflower field and the teacher dresses accordingly, it’s just that much more special. I love the positive culture in this school!

This was the best start to fall break. Dr. Stewart stopping by Orchard Knob MS to pass out hero signs and words of encouragement, receiving a JLC Mini-Grant for an OKMS outdoor classroom, and having some "Common Connections" fun with the kids creates a great start to a break.

All the early planning, packaging, and home deliveries with the help of Joshua Edens was worth it to see our virtual students having hands on lessons like our in-person students. They really did some great work! So proud of them.

I worked out tonight. I fully expect to be 20lbs lighter tomorrow.

I'm so thankful for this act of kindness! Thank you Kim Ruebusch for adopting my classroom. My students are always excited about getting new supplies and learning materials.

This is the energy we need. But this shouldn’t happen in a democracy. Voting should be an easy and protected process.
