BREAKING: #NewportBeach City Councilman Kevin Muldoon, acting as an individual, has filed a federal lawsuit against Gavin Newsom over the beach closure targeting OC. This is separate of the lawsuit filed by Huntington Beach et al last week. Watch this space for more.
