Plenty guys fall into this category and unfortunately, plenty coaches follow that trend. Many times it's guys playing out of position as well, just to benefit the team and appease the Hs Coach. Damn metrics, I want guys that show and prove regardless of size!

If I may for second.....A power conference consists of "MULTIPLE" teams who could easily win said conference. Even the lower tier teams consistently win in the playoffs. That is a power conference, not having the same team win it year in and year out.
