Proud of Milby student Margarita Reyes who took 1st place in the #couscous challenge at the Texas ProStart competition with a beautiful vegetarian couscous risotto. Maggie cut her finger in the middle of competition but showed #resilience and finished strong with a PERFECT SCORE
