Today, our clients Minority Veterans of America, along with 13 other veterans and LGBTQI+ rights orgs, filed a petition requesting that Veterans Affairs promulgate regulations under Section 1557 of the ACA enforcing the provision’s prohibition of discrimination in federal health care programs.
