Absolutely the best middle school weight training program in the state. Esiah Davis and Coach Barnard do an amazing job of targeting sport specific lifts to create functional strength. Our boys are loving it and above all are so supportive of the success of others.

Wolf families who are wanting to participate in football: Equipment handout August 8th 1-230 8th grade 230-4 7th grade. We will also be allowing student athletes to complete their SWAY Test that is needed to compete in sports during those times.
