With a 170% ROI, apprenticeship programs are beneficial to companies and the workforce development pipeline in North Carolina. NC Labor & Economic Analysis Division (LEAD) surveyed nearly 300 programs for ApprenticeshipNC's newly released North Carolina Apprenticeship Program Survey Report.
It's Careers in Energy Week in NC, focusing on the many well-paying occupations in that industry, including lineworkers, engineers, power plant operators & more. In fiscal year 2020, over 2,200 North Carolinians were apprenticing in energy-related occupations. Carolinas Energy Workforce Consortium
