#cnd67 HISTORY IN THE MAKING!! #USA resolution on overdose prevention that includes mention of #harmreduction wins 38 votes with only 2 against! China & Russia - latter now speaking to denounce the resolution - this “raises the white flag on the war on drugs”. We live in hope!!

We welcome this historic and groundbreaking resolution—the first recognition of #HarmReduction by the UN Commission on Narcotic Drugs—as an important step to rebalance global drug policy towards effective, proven public health responses. #CND #EndTheDrugWar
