During the course of her Cancer Research UK funded PhD, Emma has published two exciting papers in leading journals. The first, published in Gut Journal, looks at which patients at increased risk for colorectal cancer might benefit from more than one surveillance colonoscopy

Emma's second paper, published in The BMJ, uses #UKFSST data to understand which patients remain at increased risk of #ColorectalCancer after a flexible sigmoidoscopy. Emma's work will contribute to future CRC screening guidelines & help to protect patients from this cancer.
