Fiddling with the code and instruments for CryoET in between coffee, good food. Opinions are my own.

This has been a fun collaboration 😇😇 a year after our first discussion, I think we have a cool story and some cooler stuff in making!! It’s always fun collaborating with Ellen Zhong and Abhay Kotecha And of course the team😍😍 💪#teamtomo

All of which could not have been possible without the support from Max Planck Institute of Biochemistry (MPIB) Max Planck Society and Juergen Plitzko😇😇, Florian Beck and many others😍

When Abhay Kotecha and I started this thing, this is what we envisioned! Thanks for the support from JP, Max Planck Institute of Biochemistry (MPIB) and Microscopy & Spectroscopy we can now see the fruits ☺️ can’t wait for the release with EMDB - EMPIAR @EBI! It’s been even more fun with Ben Engel and team joined😍

Congrats Sven Klumpe 🥳🥳 This map looks so cool! I think this was and is one of those discovery moments in cryo-ET!

Now all we need some is #communitycompute to mine all this data together! And visualize life at molecular detail! #cryoET goes #bigdata Any thoughts from awesome people at Google DeepMind Amazon Science NVIDIA NVIDIA AI time to go brrrrr!!!!

When I joined David Barford's group @MRC_LMB it was with the goal of using my cryo-ET and computational skills to help them understand funky biology. I joined TomDendooven and Stanislau Yatskevich's efforts to average the native gamma tubulin ring complex (γTuRC) from tomograms of SPBs
