Geoff Hickinbottom’s funeral will be held on Tuesday 27th of February at 2pm at Countesthorpe Crematorium. The wake will be held after at Groby Working Mens Club from 3pm until close. Anyone who wishes to come is more than welcome. Please let the family know if attending.

Barwell Cricket Club The 2nd teams promotion ambitions ended, but it has been a great season for Martin Ladkin and the team and they will want to finish the season on a high. They entertain already promoted CropstonCricketClub 2's at home.

For the final time this season 22 lads embark on a mission to bring 25 points a piece back to Cropston. The first team finish their year with a home game against Loughborough Town (12pm). Whilst the 2’s need a win to secure a league title away at Kegworth. (12:30pm)
