Cristian Vazquez is the seventh person on a bike to be killed by dooring this year in New York City. He was riding an electric Citi Bike, capped at 15 mph. Mayor Zohran Kwame Mamdani Adams' e-bike speed limit didn't save his life. A protected bike lane might have. Where was he supposed to ride?
