Today we celebrated an end of an era. Thank you, Chris Coleman, Des Moines City Councilman, for your service to the residents of Des Moines. Des Moines is a world-class city because of Chris’ vision and leadership. I will personally miss Chris each Monday at City Council meetings.

There was an outpouring of well wishes tonight from friends and supporters to bid farewell to a selfless public servant. Thank you for your friendship Chris Coleman, Des Moines City Councilman! Don’t be a stranger.
