Juno JNCO Cadre is under way, this morning we learnt about Leadership Styles, Core Values and Ice Breakers. This afternoon we've moved onto the practical and running Command Task.

JNCO Cadre day two Today we have focused on Inspecting and Presenting a Parade with the JUNO CSM We have also had lessons on Effective Communications, Coaching and have now moved onto our assessment phase The JNCOs have been working to create Command Tasks of their own.

To bring a close to our final events of 24, which our DC SMI Phill Rice, DC Corsham Army Cadets was still busy right upto Xmas eve! Thanks to all our Local Community for Donations to our Food Bank (Op Santas Little Helper) and local care homes for allowing us to visit and deliver our own Xmas Cards.
