Saturday evening left overs from a busy morning… Bavette… Pork Belly… Rib eye… Veal escalope… home made Chimichurri… now where is the wine?

Slow cooked belly pork… chilled and pressed… then pan fried! Wow!

And as a meal… Morcilla black pudding stuffed Apple and Roast veg…

Aberdeen Angus Limousin cross beef from John Penny Farms… As a customer just said «  Please may I have some of that Scottish beef that thinks it’s French » 🤦🏻‍♀️
