When I worked for the Alberta Government, I had a colleague who’d start growing a beard when budget meetings began in August, not shave until the budget was delivered in March. I sit here thinking about that as Conservatives continue to insist a budget be delivered in one month.

It’s amazing to me that not wearing a tie is considered a greater offence to the dignity of the House of Commons than the average question period.
