Sigh. That's only because you're not fit enough to run at a lower heart rate. HUGE NEWS for gym bros: you need better aerobic fitness.

PUBLIC SERVICE ANNOUNCEMENT. Especially all you Arsenal fans out there - you can relive how Liverpool “didn’t play anybody” until at least November, then “ran out of steam in January”, then “hit a wall in March”, before “capitulating in April”. Premier League Years 24/25. 8pm.

Nick Bare is more relatable to the masses more than most running youtubers why? most days he’s up at 4:30am & running by 5:30am then going to work compared to “watch me run 1000s on the Boulder track at 9am!” i’m not a BPN bro, i’m just pointing out the obvious

Stephen King is defaming the memory of Charlie Kirk. King wrongly claims Kirk advocated for violence towards gay people. The clip King is referring to actually shows Kirk illustrating how some people cherry-pick passages from the Bible. Shame on King. He should apologize.

If you don’t feel like running, then don’t. If you’re not willing to make the time, that’s ok. Just understand that on race day, someone else getting the results you want found a way to get their miles in. That’s the difference. Some runners make it happen no matter what.
