After being away for nearly month, experiencing social withdrawal and imposter syndrome coming back

Therapist told me it's common folks my age and especially artists living double identity, list goes lol

Even as I am away for month however, I see impact me EnZn art content has done, as I return back to my socials seeing 100+ follows on my art following account yes this makes me happy I should be happy and celebrating but unfortunately my imposter syndrome isn't allowing me

To celebrate

Burn out as well, I'm not really loving my art style as much as I used to, part of wants to attempt another art style but another part of me is afraid

Afraid how it made me receive, which I mean, I know I shouldn't be afraid as art is all about experimenting but heck, I even told my therapist I'm so afraid to ruin my art supplies or touch my Sketchbook because it's too nice

Perfectionism will destroy you, destroying me and I need it to stop invading my mind

It's gonna stop, I'm gonna stop it

Yes this is rooted in trauma, yes I'm healing but it's taking a while too.. please bare with me bro bros. For those who stick around, many thanks again and apologies for my poor mental health- it's gonna get better I promise
