Normalize telling your friends you love them. Platonic love is just as important as romantic love. The world is horrible, and cruel. If I’m the only person who tells a friend they are loved then at least they heard it once that day from someone who meant every word.

I work at a gym, and at least once a day some guy will finish his workout only to stand cluelessly and lost-looking in the lobby by the locker rooms. UNTIL the girl he came with leaves /her/ locker room, at which point he's all smiles and confidence as they leave.
