How is your athletic performance portfolio looking? Are you adding or subtracting to your success?💹 I can't stress enough how important these summer weeks are for student-athletes to take control of their routine, habits, and recovery. 🏆Champions are built in the offseason📈

MENTALLY TOUGH ATHLETES SAY: 🗣 Next play. 🗣 No problem. 🗣 Trust yourself. 🗣 Control the controllables. 🗣 Flush it. 🗣 I've got the next one. 🗣 Learn from it. 🗣 Let it go. 🗣 Make an adjustment. 🗣 Focus on the process. 🗣 Trust the game plan. #CultureWins
