💥🏀Hoop Drill🏀💥. 5 Spot Shooting + Long Run💥💥. .. Picked this up from @internationalkb an amazing coach and human being! Players start in corner,after each shot they touch opposite baseline, with each make they move to next spot; 5 spots. If miss,return to same spot,repeat.

💥🏀Hoop Drill🏀💥. .. “1 on 1 Dropoff” ... One of my favorite drills to focus on attack mindset plays at the rim, offensively and defensively. Run drill for 2-4 minutes and slowly work ourselves around the hoop. I prefer 8-10 feet from the basket, this helps limit collisions.

So many drills to overload a skill (make it harder) move the skill further from the game, which likely means less transfer to game performance. Which overload drill is more likely to transfer? 1v2 full court Stationary dribbling 2 balls while throwing a tennis ball off a wall.

Paris Summer ‘23 Grateful to work with such special dudes 🙏🏼❤️🏀💪🏼💥We explored more parks than museums 🤷🏼‍♂️ ate tons of treats, and smiled proudly as our kiddos said; “Bon jour, merci, excuse-moi” to strangers, as we explored this beautiful city. Moments to remember forever ❤️🙏🏼
