As we approach Children’s Mental Health Week.Pupils carry emotional backpacks with the weight of family problems,trauma, anxiety, insecurities,lack of emotional availability,stress, worry too heavy for learning to happen. You can't punish emotional dysregulation out of pupils🧠🌱

Our core task is to regulate the brainstem of our young people who are dysregulated. A child who is dysregulated will not be able to engage .We need to regulate the brainstem back to the thinking brain so our young people can access skills needed for cognitive processing.🧠🌱
